By the decision of the Supervisory Board of KING ICT, Sendi Radić, the former director of the Project Implementation Sector, was appointed the third member of the KING ICT Management.
On the company level, Mr. Radić will primarily be responsible for the following segments: efficiency and delivered project quality, customer satisfaction, personnel and resource availability, capital management, the development and implementation of the quality management system and the appertaining tools in the Republic of Croatia and the regional companies.
As a company that is oriented maximally towards customer satisfaction, it is especially important for KING ICT to be responsible and care for the implementation of complex projects and the total satisfaction of users through the top quality of the delivered solutions.
With his experience and work so far and also having improved the process as the manager in the Project Implementation Sector, Mr. Radić has proved to be the right person for this position. Through many years of experience, he has acquired numerous and significant skills in management, problem solving, decision making and team work, which he has shown when heading numerous projects at KING ICT.
Mr. Radić graduated from the Faculty of Organisation and Informatics in Varaždin and also from the George C. Marshall College of strategic studies and defence economics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, where he was a student of professional studies in the management of defence resources. Despite being employed, he continued his education and received a master’s degree at the Defence Studies Department of the University of London.
