Agreement Signed for the E-Services Project in BiH

Dragan Ćuzulan, Coordinator for Public Administration Reform, and Adis Pobrić, authorized representative of KING ICT, signed an agreement today in Sarajevo on the project "Implementation of Joint Services for E-Services."

This is the seventh project in the field of public administration reform, the implementation of which began this year.

"The introduction of electronic services and their application will facilitate the daily lives of people, businesses, and the employees in the public administration. The full implementation of the project will lead to the people and businesses being able to submit electronic requests to access services provided by the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and add electronic attachments, make electronic payments, receive a time slot for the realization of service, receive information about the status of the case, the required certificates, decisions, and so on," said Dragan Ćuzulan, coordinator for public administration reform.
He added that the level of services for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina relates to the survey and real estate cadastre areas (issuing a copy of the plan, copy of the title, and request for parcelling of land) of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs.

"At the level of the Republika Srpska, the project is about the electronic service and obtaining digital land registry files. At the level of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is about the electronic employment service in public administration of the BD, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a service for people who wish to apply for a job in the public administration of the BD, Bosnia and Herzegovina", said the coordinator of the Public Administration Reform.

According to him, with the implementation of these pilot online services people and businesses will have direct benefits from the project because these services will be available to them at any time and from anywhere, regardless of gender, age, education, and so on.

Adis Pobrić, authorized representative of the consortium of companies KING ICT d.o.o. Sarajevo, Lanaco d.o.o. Banja Luka, and Lirex BG Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria, expressed his satisfaction that this consortium was the project holder.
"We have the necessary experience and references for this job because we have previously implemented similar projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the region. In collaboration with the Office of the Coordinator for Public Administration Reform and the users of the project, we expect a successful implementation”, said Pobrić.
