KING ICT Becomes Microsoft’s Golden Partner

KING ICT achieved the Gold Partner status for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), becoming the first Microsoft partner with that level of competence in Croatia.

By acquiring Microsoft Gold Competency, KING ICT has entered a very small circle of Microsoft partners with this level of competence at the global level.

Gold Customer Relationship Management competency means that KING ICT has certified professionals to deploy solutions for managing customer relationships using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, qualified project managers and successful references of previous implementations of CRM projects, and that it has satisfied all other strict requirements that Microsoft sets before its partners in the certification process. To acquire these competencies, partner companies must pass a full range of certifications, thus proving their level of expertise and professional staff capacity.
