The Croatian Health Insurance Institute has published a tender for upgrading its information infrastructure worth HRK 24.2 million. The solution of the company KING ICT was accepted in the tender.
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT?
The infrastructural platform on which all e-health services will be developed in the next few years is being upgraded. The HZZO's information system and the primary health care system will be upgraded.
Moreover, this project consolidates existing, central information systems so they can function better and more reliably.
KING ICT has offered infrastructural solutions that will enable HZZO to continue and to advance the e-health project.
With this project, HZZO will be able to continue the development of the e-uputnice, e-karton and other planned e-services.
The infrastructural solution encompasses equipment installation, the migration of existing equipment and establishing the system for the development of e-health. The solution is based on IBM, HP, Oracle and CISCO technologies.
The goal of the project is to replace and upgrade the disc, server and network infrastructure of ISPZZ and to unify the functioning of HZZO locations.
The companies SnT, Computech and Ericsson are also participating in this demanding project.
