On Thursday, 18 April, KING ICT representatives gave a lecture at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb on customer relation management.
In a regular class held by Miroslav Mandić, Dr. Sc. Tomislav Videc and Ivica Ivančić shared their first-hand experience with customer relation management. The purpose of this lecture was to make students more familiar with user-oriented business models and to demonstrate how KING uses CRM in everyday business activities.
Over 200 students learned more about how things are done at KING, from deciding to introduce CRM to implementation and real examples of how business processes work.
Students also had an opportunity to learn how to use in their future job knowledge acquired in class. The lecture placed a special emphasis on the future of this discipline and the role of experts. Customer relation management is a business category that these days can be of key importance for successful businesses and the economy needs young experts that will have the opportunity to use their knowledge.
Since the subject of the regular class is connected with customer relation management, students welcomed lecturers sharing experience “from the field” and had only positive reactions to the lecture.
